Tovaritch Signatures
Spiced Pear Martini
Ingredients:
- Few slices of Pear
- Pinch of Ground Cloves
- 2 oz of Tovaritch
- 3/4 oz Pear Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Method:
- Muddle a few slices of pear with a pinch of ground cloves in a shaker.
- Add 2 oz Tovaritch, ¾ oz pear liqueur, and ¾ oz lemon juice.
- Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a star anise pod
