Spiced Pear Martini

Ingredients:
  • Few slices of Pear
  • Pinch of Ground Cloves
  • 2 oz of Tovaritch
  • 3/4 oz Pear Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Method:
  • Muddle a few slices of pear with a pinch of ground cloves in a shaker.
  • Add 2 oz Tovaritch, ¾ oz pear liqueur, and ¾ oz lemon juice.
  • Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with a star anise pod
